Mrs. Davis' Bio

Janelle Davis is new to Alaska and is thrilled to be joining the Birchtree family. She graduated with a degree in Communication Arts/Literature from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN. She has taught all over the country (including Hawaii) and is thrilled to be calling Alaska home. She has vast experience with literature, language arts, theatre, and music and plays several instruments. Her youngest children will be in 5th and 7th grades at Birchtree this fall, and her oldest will be a freshman at Colony. In her free time, Mrs. Davis enjoys reading, playing piano, volunteering at church, and attending her kids' activities.
